Valet parking is available at the JW Marriott Charlotte, located at 600 South College Street in Uptown. Aura Rooftop guests (located on the hotel’s fifth floor) may use valet services for a discounted rate of $15.

Do I need a reservation at Aura Rooftop?

Aura’s rooftop pool is exclusively available to JW Marriott Charlotte hotel guests, guests with premium cabana rentals, or visitors who book a spa treatment with a day pass upgrade at Spa by JW.
